About Custom Promo Hub
We help distributors, importers, retail teams, and promotional product buyers turn a broad idea into a product specification that can be quoted, sampled, packed, and delivered.

Our role
Custom Promo Hub focuses on made-to-order promotional products for retail campaigns, loyalty programs, distributors, importers, and branded merchandise projects. Our core categories are custom luggage, household promotions, reusable bags, and drinkware.
Rather than treating every inquiry as a request for the cheapest item, we organize the details that shape a successful order: intended use, quantity, target value, material, branding, packing, destination requirements, approval process, and delivery timing.
Our work is built around clear communication. Product options and timelines are confirmed against the selected specification; samples, testing needs, inspection scope, and shipping arrangements are discussed before production commitments are made.
What we coordinate
Each service answers a practical buyer question before bulk production begins.
Shortlist relevant styles according to audience, campaign mechanics, target value, quantity, and destination.
Compare material, size, construction, accessories, branding methods, packing volume, and MOQ implications.
Coordinate logo placement, color references, virtual artwork, sample route, and approval points before bulk production.
Define visual, functional, packing, and quantity checks appropriate to the product and agreed order requirements.
Plan sleeves, insert cards, color boxes, barcodes, display cartons, carton marks, and distribution-ready packing.
Align production milestones with the required delivery date and the buyer's nominated forwarder or agreed shipping route.
How we work
A supermarket redemption program, distributor quote, corporate gift, and retail product each demand different decisions. The campaign comes before the item.
We explain which choices affect cost, appearance, durability, packing, MOQ, and timing so buyers can compare on more than a photo.
Artwork, specification, packing, sample approval, testing needs, and shipment details should be documented before the bulk order moves forward.
Custom orders involve moving parts. When a material, schedule, or packing assumption changes, buyers need the impact explained before it reaches the shipping deadline.
Responsible product choices
Environmental language should be tied to a real product choice. Depending on the item and supplier route, buyers can ask about reusable design, recycled-content options, reduced packing, material declarations, or available test documentation.
We do not treat one material as automatically sustainable for every market. Product life, intended use, packing volume, durability, local requirements, and supporting documents all matter. Final claims should be approved against the selected product and evidence available for that order.
